Since the beginnings of Twelve Twenty Photography, I have dreamed of giving 25% of my profits to parents in the process of adopting a child. It's a bit of a tricky process, however, so I've spent hours thinking of a way to make it happen.
I don't have all of the official tax related details nailed down just yet, but in the VERY near future, families will be able to apply to receive 25% of my profits from each Twelve Twenty Photography sale.
Here's how it will work:
1) Adoptive families will apply via an online form.
2) Once accepted, the family will share Twelve Twenty with friends and family.
3) When the friends and family of the adoptive family books and purchases products from Twelve Twenty, they will mention the name of the adoptive family.
4) I will set aside 25% of their sales to give to the adoptive family.
It's that easy.
There will also be a "Featured Family" each month. If one of Twelve Twenty's sessions doesn't mention a specific family by name, the Featured Family will receive their 25%.
Be on the look out for the official kick off to this exciting process! It's coming REALLY soon. And I truly could NOT be more excited!!
I'm hoping it will be a personal way that friends and family can assist loved ones bring their sweet children HOME, where they belong :)
